*Paychex will credit eligible clients’ invoices for free PEO admin fees (no other fees or charges; cannot be transferred, carried-over, or redeemed as cash) for pay periods paid in the second, fourth, and seventh calendar months after the PEO Service Agreement has been effective for one full calendar month. To be eligible a client’s PEO Service Agreement must first take effect between 3/1/25 and 5/31/25 and must remain in effect for at least one year, and there must be at least 10 Covered Employees as of the Service Agreement effective date. Offer not available to clients referred by someone who has a referral or channel partner agreement with Paychex. This is a limited-time promotional offer that may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
