SonderCare Behavioral Health offers health therapy services to adults, and opened its doors just as the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Unlike smaller facilities that had to close for a time, SonderCare constructed a building capable of enabling proper social distancing. However, even with this advantage, SonderCare encountered an unanticipated problem: keeping up with complex weekly payroll while rapidly hiring staff.
