I'm pretty good with interfaces, but the Paychex Flex platforms are really intuitive and it takes me very little time to process payroll, pull reports, (including insurance audits with difficult timeframes) and all other functions for my small business. The support is there even when I'm on the road using phone apps instead of desktop/email. If I need help my specialist is right there to back me up every time.
Our payroll specialist is amazing. Knowledgeable, responsive, and most of all, friendly. I'm not interested in learning what I can do myself online. It's that service, that personal interaction that I appreciate so much.
