*Receive One Year of Complimentary Digital W2s 

The One Year of Free Electronic W-2s Promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from 9/1/24 until 2/28/25 (the “Promotion Period”) unless ended earlier by Paychex and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion is available to Eligible Clients only and will consist of one year of free electronic W-2s service with electronic access to Form W-2s and Form 1099s for payrolls processed in 2024 (the “Free Electronic W-2s Services”).  An “Eligible Client” is a client that: (1) is not currently receiving payroll services from Paychex; (2) elects either the Paychex Flex® Enterprise, Pro, or Select payroll services package by entering into a service agreement with Paychex; (3) processes its first payroll with Paychex during the Promotion Period; (4) continues to process payroll with Paychex for twelve consecutive months; and (5) is processing payroll with Paychex when Form W-2s and Form 1099s are prepared.​

Paychex will provide the free electronic W-2s services in 2024 and as set forth in the Client’s service agreement with Paychex. Hardcopy Form W-2s and Form 1099s are not included in the Promotion.  An Eligible Client must be processing payroll with Paychex in order to receive the free electronic W-2s services, and any benefit offered by the Promotion is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion applies only to electronic W-2s services, and Eligible Clients will be solely responsible for all fees due for services other than electronic W-2s services. The Promotion can be combined with other offers and is available for a limited time during the Promotion Period.  

Payroll Six Months Free

The Six Months Free Payroll Over One Year Promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from 11/1/24 until 2/28/25 (the “Promotion Period”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion will consist of six (6) months of free payroll services to Eligible Clients. An “Eligible Client” is a client that: (1) is not currently receiving payroll services from Paychex; (2) elects either the Paychex Flex® Pro, Select, Enterprise or Express payroll services package by entering into a service agreement with Paychex; (3) has between 1–50 employees at the time it commences payroll services; (4) processes its first payroll, on or before 3/20/25, with Paychex during the Promotion Period; and (5) continues to process payroll with Paychex for twelve (12) consecutive months. ​

Paychex will credit an Eligible Client’s invoice for free payroll services in months one (1), three (3), five (5), seven (7), nine (9), and eleven (11) following commencement of payroll processing services. An Eligible Client must be processing payroll with Paychex in order to receive six months of free payroll services, and any unused month is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion only applies to payroll services, and Eligible Clients will be solely responsible for all fees due for services other than payroll services. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is a limited time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period.
