Review the account setup and work with your Tax Services Onboarding Team to make corrections. Invalid Tax Field - UI Taxes Year must be “zero” if account is not subject to UI. According to the agency, the account is not subject to state unemployment insurance (SUI), but is reporting unemployment wages. Work with Paychex to determine which employees’ accounts are set up incorrectly.
